During the new arrivals' stop at the Red Springs, Lucy learned from the magic instructors that her animal magic also gave her the ability to transform into animals. To test it out, she turned into a sparrow and tried to fly, but couldn't figure out how to slow down and stop. She nearly flew right into Alucard (crucifixate), who managed to bend out of the way in time, albeit unintentionally bouncing sparrow Lucy off with his new kinetic magic.

Nyuu just hopes that Lucy doesn't get on his bad side when she meets him.
